What does the GVWR App do?
The GVWR App is a user-friendly application available for download on both the App Store and Google Play. It provides comprehensive information about the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of your vehicle, which is the maximum weight your vehicle can safely handle, including its occupants, cargo, and trailer tongue weight. With this app, you can access detailed specifications of your vehicle and trailer, helping you make informed decisions while towing.

Tongue weight and its importance:
Tongue weight refers to the downward force exerted on the hitch ball by the trailer coupler. It is a critical factor to consider while towing as it affects the stability and safety of your vehicle-trailer combination. While the GVWR App does not measure tongue weight, one of our other projects, Haul Gauge, will accurately measure tongue weight, gross vehicle weight, payload, and more, ensuring you do not exceed your vehicle and hitch tongue weight capacity.
